David Buchewicz is a retired real estate tax collector, accountant, and administrator with a passion for politics. 

Dave is the Chair of the South Park Township Democratic Committee, Treasurer of the Char Valley Democratic Organization, Member of Democratic State Committee, and serves as on the Executive Committee of the Allegheny County Democratic Committee.

In addition to his service to the committee Dave is as South Park Township Supervisor, President of the Allegheny County Association of Township Officials, and is Director for the Allegheny League of Municipalities.

Dave is Chairman of the Friends of South Park, and serves on the Board of Governors for Amen Corner.

Dave and his wife Joan, also a State Committee member, are residents of South Park Township in the South Hills.
